Long-term care setting with two main units: one with 20 beds and one with 22 beds
Average ratio: 1:22
EMR: PCC
Location-specific orientation: 1-2 shifts

Schedule

Every other weekend
Every other holiday
Shifts may be 8s or 12s
Notes include 6p-6a and some 10p-6a

Additional Notes

No on-call or call-back available or billable
Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using housing
Backouts and quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a $500 fee
