Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Albuquerque, New Mexico
• Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00–16:30
• 40 hours/week
• Home Health assignment

• Guaranteed hours: 40/week, with facility allowed to call off 3 times during a 13-week assignment
• New contracts and extensions must be at least 10 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in New Mexico
• Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NBCOT
• Experience working with Adult patients
• Experience working with Geriatric patients
• Driver's License

• If the traveler does not already have MOAB certification, they will receive a 4-hour de-escalation course during the first week
• If MOAB is not passed, the contract may be cancelled
• Mileage is reimbursed at the federal IRS standard mileage rate
