Overview
- Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation
- Location: Lakeport, California
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day (5x8 Hours), 8:00–17:00
- Hours per week: 40
- Scheduling: Open to 10-hour shifts or 4-day work weeks; flexible scheduling
- Workload: 5 weighted visits per day, about 4–5 patients/day
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in California
- 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Driver's License
Preferred
- BLS
