Role Summary

• RN CVOR role supporting operating room care, including circulating duties, safe surgery checklist verification, patient positioning and preparation, operating room setup, and participation in call as scheduled.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in South Carolina
• CVOR experience with 2 years of experience
• CVOR experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• Driver's License
• Nursys
• Social Security Card

Additional Onboarding Notes

• BLS and ACLS are AHA only.
• Nursys is nursing only and must be completed within 30 days of start.
• License/Certificate Verification requires primary source verification and a copy of the license/certificate.
• MMR requires proof of 2 immunizations or titer with lab printout; no declinations accepted.
• Hepatitis B requires proof of 3 vaccinations or titer with lab printout; no declinations accepted.
• Driver's License/State ID requires a valid up-to-date copy.
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA requires the first test within 1 year and the second within 30 days of start; negative Q-Gold or Tspot is also acceptable if completed within 90 days prior to start.
• Varicella requires proof of 2 immunizations or titer with lab printout; no declinations accepted.
• McLeod Criminal Background Check Results must include County, Statewide, National Search, OIG, EPLS, OFAC, NSOP, SS Trace, and Education Verification, completed within 60 days of start and covering the last 7 years.
• McLeod Drug Screen is a 10-panel screen completed within 30 days of start; rapid drug screen is not accepted.
• McLeod Skills Checklist must be completed prior to start and updated annually.
• McLeod Confirmation of Assignment is required on the standard form.
