Schedule

• 4x10 day schedule
• At least 10 call shifts per month
• Regular hours: 06:30–17:00
• Call may be anytime from 17:00–06:30
• 1–2 weekends per month required

Required Qualifications

• Valid CVOR Technologist license in Washington
• CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of experience as a CVOR Technologist
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
• Experience in the general operating room (OR)
• Experience with laparoscopic procedures
• Singular scrub per cardiothoracic cases
• Willing to float to general OR
• General, Cardiovascular/Thoracic, and Laparoscopic experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Adolescents experience
• NBSTSA
• OB/GYN, Plastic, ENT, Urology, Robotic, Ortho, Ortho/Totals, Neuro/Crani, and Transplant experience
• Bronchoscopes, EGD Scopes, and EBUS experience

Clinical Details

• Cardio Thoracic Surg Tech
• Daily average surgical case volume: 55
• Cases include CABG, AVR, AAA, MVR, minimally valve, VATS, Mediastinoscopy, RATS, and CVL support with Carotid Cutdowns and laser lead standby
• Flexible Endoscope Reprocessing
