Schedule

• Late shift: 11:00–21:45
• 4 x 10-hour shifts
• Possible weekend day, call shift, and holiday per 6-week schedule

Assignment Details

• Circulate ENT, neuro, thoracic, and trauma cases
• Scrubbing is a plus

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• ENT Surgery experience
• Neurology experience
• Thoracic Surgery experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• Driver's License
• License/certificate verification with Nursys and Primary Source Verification
• Permanent license only; temporary licenses are not accepted

Onboarding / Compliance

• MMR immunity or booster series as needed
• Varicella immunity or booster series as needed
• Hepatitis B documentation, declination accepted
• Tdap within the last 10 years

• Physical exam statement within 1 year prior to start
• Influenza vaccine or approved declination/medical accommodation
• 2-step PPD or IGRA with negative results
