Thoracic/Vascular RN Surgery

Role

• RN Surgery assignment in Cleveland, Ohio
• Evening shift: 11:00–21:45
• 4 x 10-hour shifts
• May need to take call, work a weekend, and possibly work a holiday, with advance notice

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• CVOR experience within the last year, with 1 year of experience
• Must be able to circulate thoracic, vascular, and Trauma cases
• OR Circulate experience
• Thoracic Surgery experience
• Vascular Surgery experience
• Trauma experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• Driver's License
• License/Certificate Verification required, including Nursys and Primary Source Verification
• UHS Skills Checklist

Preferred

• Ability to scrub is a plus

Onboarding / Compliance

• MMR immunity or booster series as required
• Varicella immunity or booster series as required
• Tdap within the last 10 years
• Hepatitis B documentation as allowed by source

• Physical exam statement within 1 year prior to start
• Influenza vaccine documentation or approved declination/exemption
• 2-step PPD or IGRA with negative results within the last 6 months
