Outpatient Physical Therapist

Overview

Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist
Location: Bourbonnais, Illinois
Setting: Outpatient only
Department: Outpatient PT
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

BLS certification
Illinois license; may be pending for PT

Preferred Qualifications

One year of experience preferred

Clinical Details

Treats 8–10 patients per PT per day
Patient ages range from 8 to 100
Primary diagnoses are MSK and ortho
One clinic specializes in neuro
May float within a 5-mile radius
No weekends

Schedule

Shifts may vary: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
10-hour shift: 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
Most staff work 5 days per week
Friday hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
45-minute lunch

Additional Notes

PT/PTA teams
No rehab aides in PT
Day-one HR orientation, plus 2–3 days with charting blocks
Business casual dress attire
