Role: Adult Outpatient PT
Specialty/setting: Therapy/Rehabilitation, outpatient
Location: Willmar, Minnesota

Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Schedule notes: No call or weekends

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Minnesota
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Lymphedema Certification

Additional notes

Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask required
Tdap vaccination required
Negative TB or chest X-ray required
Flu vaccination or declination required during flu season
Two references from recent employer(s) within 2 years of start
