Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Minnesota
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Lymphedema certification

Additional Notes

Start time is no earlier than 7:00 AM and end time is no later than 5:30 PM.
