Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
• Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• Generalist who is confident with medical diagnosis
• Ability to manage mod-max A patients
• Ability to co-treat
• Ability to work with ventilated patients
• Ability to pivot easily and pick up additional evaluations throughout the day
