Description
PT Home Health
Role Overview
- Home health PT assignment with home visits and periodic office meetings.
- Patients may be seen in patient homes and facilities.
- Average caseload is 5–6 patients per day.
- Productivity expectation is 30 points per week.
- The assignment is 13 weeks.
- Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in South Carolina.
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience).
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year.
- One completed travel assignment.
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience working with Adult patients.
- Experience in a Home Health setting.
- Driver's License.
- Experience with Homecare Homebase.
Preferred

- Home health.
- May float to a nearby clinic if patient census is low.
