Role Overview

• Mammography Technologist, AM Shift
• 13-week assignment
• Location: West Chester Township, Ohio
• Rotates between West Chester Hospital and main campus as needed
• Hologic equipment used at all locations

Required Qualifications

• Valid Mammography Technologist license in Ohio
• Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
• 2 years of Mammography Technologist experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ARRT
• ARRT Mammography certificate
• Driver's License

Notes

• License/Certificate Verification is required for onboarding and must be completed 30 days prior to the assignment start date
• Driver's license or government-issued ID must be current and the address must match the profile submission
• Legal name and address on all licenses must match the Driver's License/State ID
• MMR and Varicella require proof of 2 vaccinations or a positive IgG titer; both cannot be declined
• Influenza vaccine is required seasonally, with approved medical or religious exemptions accepted
• TB testing must be completed 60 days prior to start date
• UCH Skills Checklist must be current and complete within 12 months prior to assignment start date
• UCH Internal Competency Checklist must be completed within 2 weeks after start date
