- Average case volume: 8-10 cases per day
Required Qualifications
- Valid Certified Surgical Technologist license in Colorado
- Certified Surgical Technologist (2 years of experience)
- Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- CST
- Driver's License
- Ability to scrub

Scheduling and Call
- Shift schedule: 6:30a-7p, Monday-Wednesday
- Weeknight call: Yes, 5-6 in a 6-week period

- Holiday call: Yes, 1 holiday
- Call response time: 30 minutes
Orientation
- OR orientation during the first week of onboarding
- Clinicians must be in state for the week of orientation, even if first-day modules are remote
