RN Medical / Surgical/ Telemetry

Overview

• Location: Fort Madison, Iowa
• Employment type: LTA
• Shift: 06:00 - 18:30
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Unit: Telemetry / Med Surg unit
• Work week: 36 hours, with possible overtime
• Holiday rotation: Every other holiday may be required
• Float scope: May be required to float to West Burlington or Henry County campus
• Call: Not part of a regular call rotation, but may occasionally be placed on call during low census; if called in, must arrive on-site within one hour

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS
• Experience with cardiac dysrhythmia interpretation and recognition
• Experience with Epic
• Driver's License
