LTC/SNF RN
Location
- Larimore, North Dakota
Assignment Details
- 40-bed long term care facility
- Days shift
- 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
- 14-week contract
Required Qualifications
- RN license
- BLS certification
- Ability to do IV meds and dressing changes
- Ability to do admissions and understand the admission process
- Ability to do transfers, discharges, and fall reporting
Unit / Care Setting
- Long term care
Patient Load
- Resident-to-caregiver ratio at night: up to 35 residents per caregiver
- Resident-to-caregiver ratio during days: up to 35 residents per caregiver
Schedule
- 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Every other weekend and holiday
Staffing Notes
- At night, med pass occurs at the beginning of the shift and there may be up to 2 CNAs
- During days, the nurse is responsible for all treatments and there may be up to 3 CNAs and potentially 1 Bath Aide (M-F)
