Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry

Overview

Location: Maple Grove, Minnesota

Role Summary

Registered Staff Nurse (RN) providing holistic care to customers and families.
Scope may include care across the life cycle, including neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults.
Duties may vary by assigned customer care unit.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Minnesota
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
1 or more years of total travel experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience working with Adult patients
Experience working with Geriatric patients
IV insertion skills
Experience with Epic

Additional Notes

RTO requests must be included at time of submittal
Nonbillable hours: 4 hours
Local traveler policy applies within a 35-mile radius of the facility
Prior work history with North Memorial Health, Maple Grove Hospital, and/or Blaze Health LLC must be listed on the resume
