Description
MS/Tele RN
Location
- Sherwood, Arkansas
Assignment Details
- 6-week contract
- Nights
- 12-hour shifts
- 48 hours per week
Unit
- Med/Surg & Tele
- 2 units: one 20 beds, one 17 beds
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 4:1
Required Qualifications
- BLS
- RN
- Must be able to titrate heparin drips
Unit Expectations
- Charge nurse on each shift; charge nurse takes an assignment
- Nurse aids/patient care techs are on the unit
- Tele/monitor techs are on the unit; RNs read their own strips
- RT equipment on the unit includes CPAP and high flow
- Floating as needed; first to float
Schedule Requirements
- 4 weekends in 6 weeks
- 1 major holiday and 1 minor holiday
- No call or standby requirement
Preferred / Other Notes
- Navy scrubs
- 1 or 2 shifts of unit/department-specific orientation
