PET/CT Technologist

Overview

Specialty: CT/PET Technician
Location: Elmira, New York
Shift: Monday–Friday, 07:00–15:30
Contract length: 13 weeks
Assignment type: Traveling with an organizational-owned mobile unit, every other week, between two medical centers

Required Qualifications

Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in New York
Nuclear Medicine Technologist (5 years of experience)
Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT (N) or CNMT
Driver's License
Positron Emission Tomography Technologist experience
Resume with all employment and gaps from the last 7 years accounted for, education history with degree title and graduation date, city/state for all assignments and education, and dates in MM/YY format
2 professional references:
- 1 supervisor reference from employment within the last 12 months
- 1 supervisor or peer reference from employment within the last 3 years
Signed and dated job description
Verification of most recent employer
Completed health and onboarding requirements, including:
- Influenza vaccine or declination form
- MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
- Fit test completed before start
- Hepatitis B immunity, vaccination series, or declination form
- TB testing
- Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Tdap within the last 10 years or declination form
- Physical/health statement within the past 12 months
