Overview

Contract role in Tuba City, Arizona
13-week assignment
Day shift: 10-hour shifts from 6:30am to 5:00pm, 4 shifts per week, plus on call
Limited shared housing is available at $600 per month, based on availability; no family or pets allowed

Role Summary

Clinical Nurse providing care for the perioperative patient
Expected to circulate in all specialty areas, including Orthopedics, ENT, GYN/OB, General, Ophthalmology, and Dental
Scrubbing experience is highly encouraged
May work varied, odd hours when on call and may need to prepare for emergency cases on very short notice

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Arizona
OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Notes

COVID and flu exemptions may be accepted after a declination form is submitted
Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start
