Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Clearwater, Florida
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30
• 13-week contract
• 40 hours per week
• On-call as needed
• No weekend requirement
• No floating within scope
• No block schedule accommodation
• No locals accepted
• No pending license accepted
• No RTO in contract

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida
• Cardiac Cath Lab (2 years of experience)
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Conscious sedation skills
• COVID-19 vaccination required; medical or religious exemptions accepted
• Driver’s license or state ID
• NURSYS verification for RN
• Primary source verification of license
• 2 references from within the past 2 years
• Employment application
• Skills checklist
• Background check within 1 year of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM
• HHS/OIG
• Florida AHCA Level II fingerprint results
• Education verification
• Physical exam within 6 months of start
• Negative TB or chest X-ray within 10 weeks of start
• TB questionnaire
• Drug test within 30 days
• Flu vaccination or approved declination/exemption
• Respirator safety clearance if respirator use is expected
• Color blind testing
• Competency exam
• Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam
• Account registration and modules completion before start
• Fit mask acknowledgement
• Photo for badge
• Dress code and tobacco policy acknowledgement
• Hurricane exemption survey, if assigned during the June 1–November 30 window
