Cardiac/Telemetry Intermediate Care Unit RN

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Saint Paul, Minnesota
Night shift: 3x12, 19:00–07:30
13-week contract
First-timers accepted
Every other weekend required
Locals not accepted within 100 miles
Pending license accepted
No on-call
No block schedule accommodation

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Minnesota
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with vasoactive IV drips
Experience with BiPAP
Experience with post-operative CABG, valve replacement, and thoracotomy care
Experience with endotracheal intubation and insulin drips
Experience with CPAP
Experience with AVAPS
Experience with Heated High Flow oxygen therapy
Experience with Temporary Pacers

Post CV procedure patients, including post CABG, Valve Replacement, Watchman, TAVR, CHF
