Assignment Details

Travel/Contract
Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00–17:00
40 hours per week
Guaranteed hours if 25 visits or more are completed
GWW hours are based on completed visits: 25 visits = 40 hours
Locals at travel rate
Mileage between patients reimbursed at IRS standard
COVID exemptions permitted
Accepting pending CA license; traveler must have applied upon submission

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in California
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience in a Home Health setting
Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

LTC or Outpatient experience if willing to take an online training course
CA license preferred
