Location

• Murray, Utah

Schedule

• 3x12-hour day shifts
• Variable schedule
• Weekends required

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Role Summary

• Primarily focused on in-patient care
• Schedules and coordinates exams with medical staff, physician offices, other staff, and patients
• Prepares patients for exams, performs ultrasound exams, documents results, charges for exams and supplies, maintains equipment and work area, and supports quality improvement and education activities

Required Qualifications

• Echo-Vascular Technician (1 year of experience)
• Echo-Vascular Technician experience within the last year
• ARDMS or CCI or CCI - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or CCI - Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
• BLS
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience working with Adult patients

Preferred Qualifications

• Focused experience with adult transthoracic echo
• Experience using contrast agent and bubble echo
• Transesophageal echocardiogram experience
• Pediatric experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• One of the following certifications: ARDMS, CCI- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or CCI-Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
