Role Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Santa Rosa, California
Day shift: 3x12 hours, 11:00–23:00
May need to cover one night shift within the contract as needed
First-timers accepted
Weekend work required: 3 per schedule
On-call required: one weeknight per week, and every 2nd or 3rd Saturday or Sunday from 0700–0700 with a 20-minute response time
Locals not accepted
Pending state license not accepted
Guaranteed hours: facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Surgical Technologist with 1 year of experience
Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart&Stroke (Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation)
Experience in an Outpatient setting
Experience working with Orthopedics patients
Experience with orthopedic (ORTHO) surgery
Experience working with Neuro patients
Experience with neurosurgery (Neuro)
Experience working with Vascular patients

Preferred Qualifications

Inpatient experience
Trauma experience
