Overview

Travel/Contract RN role in Largo, Maryland
13-week assignment
Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:30 AM–8:00 PM
36 hours per week
Backfill role
Unit setting: MS/Tele-ER Border
Fast-paced, high-volume border role with ER, MS/T, and IMC border patient care within scope
46 rooms
Average daily census: minimum 10 borders, up to 40 borders daily
Patient ratio: 1:6
Scrub color: Royal Blue

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maryland
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule Requirements

Every other weekend required
Holidays required as scheduled
Floating required between ED borders and extenders to MS/T and IMC units within specialty and scope
On-call not required
