CT Tech
Location
- Frisco, Colorado
Assignment Details
- 13-week contract
- 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Day/Night rotate
- Department: Radiology - CT Tech
- Unit has 2 scanners/rooms: GE and Siemens Somatron
Required Qualifications
- BLS
- Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT)
- Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)
- Trauma experience
- Must be able to start IVs
- Must provide a driver’s license
- Agency must provide the traveler’s radiation badge
Schedule
- 12-hour nights to start
- May potentially move to days in January
- Weekend and holiday requirements: yes
- Call/standby: no
Clinical Duties
- Performs PAN, HEAD, and ABD imaging/studies
- May help with Xray Tech duties
- Average volume: 20 scans/studies per day
Department Notes
- Uses EPIC and Synapse
- GE and Siemens equipment
- RRA’s are used sometimes
- No radiologist currently in-house; working on it, likely 2026
- Scrub color: black
- Department-specific orientation is required
- Clinicians must be in state for the week of orientation, even if first-day modules are remote
