CT Tech, Radiology
Location: Bryson City, North Carolina Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Hours: 36 per week (guaranteed)
Position Details
- Department: Radiology, Imaging floor
- Shift: Weekend nights
- Call Requirements: Yes
- Patient Population: Mixed
- Common Diagnoses/Treatment: Standard radiology exams
- Additional Duties: Perform X-rays as well as CT
- Float Requirements: N/A
Required Qualifications
- CT Technologist with 2 years of experience
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Works well independently
Eligibility
- Candidates must live 60 miles or more from the facility to be considered for a travel assignment.
Orientation
- Orientation dates: November 2 and 16, and December 7 and 21, 2026
Dress Code
- Solid-colored scrubs
- No casual wear
Facility and Area
- 48-bed critical access hospital serving Swain and Graham counties, with services including emergency, laboratory, imaging, rehabilitation, urology, cardiopulmonary, geriatric outpatient, pediatric, and gastroenterology care, plus a pain clinic
- Bryson City is a small town in the Great Smoky Mountains of western North Carolina, known for hiking, biking, and kayaking and tubing at Deep Creek
