- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience (1 year), including experience within the last year
- Experience with wound care
- IV insertion skills
