Travel RN – Step Down
We’re currently seeking a Step Down RN to join our amazing team.
Details of the opportunity:
- Anticipated start date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Setting: Step Down

Daily Range of Responsibilities:
- Care for patients transitioning from ICU
- Monitor vitals, administer medications, titrate drips
- Educate patients/families on recovery
- Recognize early signs of patient deterioration
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Active RN license in the state of practice (or compact license)
- Current BLS, ACLS certification
- Specialty certifications (preferred): Telemetry, NIHSS for neuro patients
- Experience: 1–2+ years step-down or ICU experience
