HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in Bridgeton, Missouri. This contract role is perfect for RNs passionate about delivering high-quality care in a critical care setting.

What You’ll Do:

<ul>
	<li>
	Perform full nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
	
	</li><li>
	Develop and manage individualized care plans
	
	</li><li>
	Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees
	
	</li><li>
	Ensure patient safety and adherence to infection control and handling standards
	
	</li><li>
	Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in discharge planning
	
	</li><li>
	Communicate changes in patient status clearly and promptly
	
	</li><li>
	Maintain accurate and timely documentation
	
</li></ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
	<li>
	Active RN license (MO or compact)
	
	</li><li>
	1+ year of recent LTAC or acute care experience
	
	</li><li>
	Strong documentation and patient education skills
	
	</li><li>
	Proficient in electronic charting
	
	</li><li>
	Night shift availability and willingness to work weekends
	
</li></ul>
