HumanEdge Health is seeking experienced Travel Registered Nurses for two daytime LTAC positions at a respected facility in Richmond, Virginia. This is a contract opportunity for nurses committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a long-term acute care environment.

Position Overview:

• Maintain and execute individualized nursing care plans

• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees

• Conduct timely nursing assessments and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning

• Document all care, interventions, and patient responses accurately

• Provide direction and training to support staff

• Promote and uphold safety protocols across all patient and staff interactions

• Participate in discharge planning from day one

• Maintain clear communication with care teams and leadership

• Contribute to a positive, efficient work environment

Requirements:

• Active RN license (VA or compact)

• Recent LTAC or acute care experience preferred

• Strong assessment, planning, and documentation skills

• Day shift availability required (including potential weekend coverage)
