HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel RN for a night shift assignment in a long term care facility in Rochester, NY. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide consistent, high-quality care to older adults in a non-acute setting.

Position Overview:

• Care for 20 geriatric residents per RN

• Support structure: 8–10 residents per LPN, 4–6 per CNA

• Focused care setting: no trachs or acute care needs

• Responsibilities include:
  • Direct patient care
  • Wound care management
  • Nursing assessments
  • Care planning and documentation
  • Oversight of LPN and CNA staff
  • Medication administration

• Strong communication, delegation, and flexibility are key to success in this role

Requirements:

• Active NY RN license (must be current)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in long term care

• BLS certification (AHA only)

• Strong understanding of geriatric care standards and long term care practices
