Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Ortho
Location: Puyallup, WA
Start Date: 09/15/2025
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-Hour Days | 36 Hours Guaranteed (expectation up to 40)
HumanEdge Health is seeking a motivated Travel PT for an outpatient orthopedic assignment in Puyallup, Washington. This role offers a consistent caseload, structured productivity goals, and a supportive clinical environment.
Position Details:

13-week contract

Monday–Friday, day shifts
-
36 hours guaranteed/week (expectation up to 40 hours)

OT must be pre-approved by director
-
No floating required
-
Productivity: ~60 visits/week

Patient load: 12–14 patients/day (double-booking of follow-ups expected)
Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited PT program
-
Current WA PT license
-
Outpatient ortho experience preferred
