Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Syracuse, NY
Start Date: 10/6/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, Monday–Friday 8:00a–4:30p, one weekend per month
Hours: 5x8s, 40 hours/week
No on-call required
Facility: Acute care or outpatient rehabilitation setting
Qualifications:

B.S. in Physical Therapy
-
NYS License or eligible
-
Minimum 2 years of PT experience, acute or outpatient preferred
Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and implement individualized treatment programs
-
Formulate specific goals in collaboration with patients and healthcare team

Prepare and maintain patient notes and discharge records in a timely manner

Attend clinics, rounds, and conferences; communicate patient progress

Participate in educational programs for staff, students, and volunteers

Train new staff and serve as clinical instructor for senior-level students

Facilitate development of new rehabilitation programs
