Location: Columbia, SC
Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day shift, 8-hour shifts
Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed, with potential up to 40 hours
On-Call: None

Position Summary:
HumanEdge Health is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Columbia, SC. This 13-week assignment provides the opportunity to work with a diverse outpatient and pelvic patient population, with floating responsibilities to other clinics as needed. New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 patient visits per week, seeing 12–14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits as needed.

• Float to other clinics as assigned to meet patient care needs.

• Document patient progress accurately in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Current PT license required; PTA applicants not accepted

• Experience: Outpatient experience preferred but not required

• Skills: Strong patient care, communication, and documentation skills

• Flexibility: Willingness to float to other clinic locations
