Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Location: Columbia, SC
Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: 10/20/2025
Shift: Day shift, 8-hour shifts
Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed, with potential up to 40 hours
On-Call: None
Position Summary:
HumanEdge Health is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Columbia, SC. This 13-week assignment provides the opportunity to work with a diverse outpatient and pelvic patient population, with floating responsibilities to other clinics as needed. New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

Maintain productivity expectations of 60 patient visits per week, seeing 12–14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits as needed.

Float to other clinics as assigned to meet patient care needs.

Document patient progress accurately in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:

Licensure: Current PT license required; PTA applicants not accepted

Experience: Outpatient experience preferred but not required

Skills: Strong patient care, communication, and documentation skills

Flexibility: Willingness to float to other clinic locations
