Location: Rockaway/Bushwick (Orientation in the Bronx)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Compensation: $95.00/hour
Contract Length: Temporary (Coverage for LOA) – November 24th through end of December

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team for a temporary coverage assignment. In this role, you will plan and administer occupational therapy treatment programs for medically referred participants, focusing on restoring function and improving overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals.

Provide hands-on therapy services to restore and enhance functional independence.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support participants’ care goals.

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with clinical standards.
Qualifications

Current New York State Occupational Therapy license (required).

Previous experience in clinical or community-based therapy settings preferred.

Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
