MRI Technologist

Travel MRI Technologist – Rochester, NY 
Assignment: 13 weeks | Start Date: 10/27 | Shift: 12-hour Weekend Days | Schedule: Saturday &amp; Sunday, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Holidays Required

Job Summary: 
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at SMH in Rochester, NY. The technologist will work full-time during the first two weeks for orientation and then transition to a weekend-only schedule. Flexibility for additional day or evening shifts may be required during orientation. This role requires proficiency with GE or Siemens MRI scanners and a strong ability to provide patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li>
	Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience
	
	</li><li>
	Required: BLS (American Heart Association)
	
	</li><li>
	Preferred: ARRT certification (or willingness to obtain)
	
	</li><li>
	Experience with GE or Siemens MRI scanners
	
	</li><li>
	Proficient in non-contrast exams, routine MSK, neuro, spine, and occasional body MRI
	
</li></ul>

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>
	Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images
	
	</li><li>
	Prepare and educate patients for MRI procedures to ensure comfort and compliance
	
	</li><li>
	Coordinate with physicians to provide timely imaging results
	
	</li><li>
	Maintain cleanliness and safety of the MRI suite
	
	</li><li>
	Document all procedures while maintaining patient confidentiality
	
	</li><li>
	Provide patient care as needed during imaging procedures
