Travel OR RN – Days 
Location: Willimantic, CT 
Start Date: 11/3/2025 
Duration: 12 Weeks


<h3>Position Overview:</h3>

HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Operating Room RN for a 12-week assignment. The OR RN will provide perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment, supporting a variety of specialties including General Surgery, GYN, Orthopedics (MAKO total joints, Spine), Urology, and Endoscopy.


<h3>Schedule:</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Shift: Flex schedule – 8 or 10-hour days (06:45 – 15:15)
	
	</li><li>
	Hours/Week: 40
	
	</li><li>
	On-Call: Required 1-2 days per week and approximately every 5th weekend (Sat 7a – Mon 06:15)
	
	</li><li>
	Response Time: Must be within 30–45 minutes of the facility during on-call
	
</li></ul>


<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Provide perioperative care for patients undergoing surgical procedures
	
	</li><li>
	Assist in specialty surgeries including Ortho, GYN, General, Urology, Endo
	
	</li><li>
	Utilize EPIC Optime for perioperative documentation and case management
	
	</li><li>
	Float as needed to support other surgical areas and procedures
	
	</li><li>
	Maintain patient safety and ensure adherence to hospital protocols
	
</li></ul>


<h3>Requirements:</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Active RN license
	
	</li><li>
	Experience: Prior surgical experience required; specialties in Ortho, GYN, General, Urology, Endoscopy preferred
	
	</li><li>
	EPIC Optime proficiency required
	
	</li><li>
	Floating flexibility required
	
	</li><li>
	BLS and ACLS certifications required
	
</li></ul>
