Location: St. Louis, MO
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Position Overview

HumanEdge is seeking a motivated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility in St. Louis, Missouri. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, restore function, and enhance independence and quality of life.

Essential Responsibilities

Evaluate patients to establish functional baseline and therapy goals
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, and manual therapy
Collaborate and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
Track and document patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
Educate patients and families regarding therapy plans and home exercise programs
Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience – Required
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Rehab experience – Required
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license – Required
BLS certification – Required
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
