Description

Travel Critical Care (ICU) RN – Night Shift
Location: Syracuse, NY
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 11/14/2025
Shift: Nights – 12-hour shifts
Weekend & Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and some holidays

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Critical Care RN for adult ICU units in Syracuse, NY. Placement within the ICU will be based on your experience. This assignment requires strong acute care skills, excellent assessment abilities, and EPIC/trauma experience.

Qualifications

  • Current New York State RN license

  • BLS certification (current and recertifiable)

  • Minimum 1.5 years recent ICU experience in a facility of similar size/level (Level 1 or 2 trauma experience preferred)

  • EPIC EMR experience preferred

  • Ability to perform the majority of patient care skills independently

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level nursing care in adult ICU settings

  • Conduct patient assessments, interventions, and monitoring with minimal orientation

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care
