Travel Certified Surgical Technician – First Assist (Days)

A facility in Clarksville, TN has an urgent need for an experienced Certified Surgical Technician – First Assist for a 13-week travel assignment.

Assignment Details:

Location: Clarksville, TN
Start Date: 11/10
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 6:45am – 5:15pm (4x10s per week)
Call:
- Two weekday calls per week (5p–7p)
- One overnight call per week (5p–7a)
- Weekend call every 6 weeks (Friday 5p – Monday 7a)
Floating: None

Requirements:

First Assistant Certification required (ASA or NBSTSA)
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program
Minimum 2 years of experience as a surgical scrub tech
First Assist experience required
BLS certification required
EMR: Cerner

Additional Information:

Number of OR beds: 12
Patient ratio: 1:1
Note: RN First Assist candidates will not be considered
