Travel ICU RN – Glens Falls, NY
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Census/Unit: 16-bed ICU (overflow into adjacent 6-bed area as needed)
Charting System: EPIC (CERNER preferred)
Float: May float to MS/Tele as needed (max 4 patients)
Start: ASAP
Call: None

Position Overview:
A facility in Glens Falls, NY is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment. The ICU provides highly skilled interdisciplinary care for adult and geriatric patients with life-threatening conditions. Each room is private and equipped for invasive pressure monitoring, continuous cardiac & oximetry monitoring, and additional specialized equipment as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years ICU experience (critical care preferred)

  • Minimum 4 years nursing experience

  • BLS & ACLS required

  • EPIC charting experience required; CERNER experience strongly preferred

  • De-escalation training required (Welle, CPI, or PMCS)

  • Travel experience preferred

  • Willing to float to MS/Tele as needed (max 4 patients)

Additional Details:

  • Every other weekend and every other holiday required

  • Unit operational 24/7/365
