Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient
Location: Prescott, AZ
Start Date: 12/1/2025
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | 5 Days/Week | 33 Hours Guaranteed
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel PT to join a collaborative rehab team in Prescott, Arizona. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive setting while exploring the beauty of Northern Arizona.
Position Details:

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited PT program
-
Arizona PT license required for submission (or must have already applied with ETA for approval)

Current BLS certification

Minimum 1 year of professional PT experience preferred
