Travel RN – Progressive Care – Burlington, MA
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: November 24, 2025
End Date: February 21, 2026
Shift: 12-hour Rotating (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Hours: 36 hours/week
Weekend / Holiday Rotation: Every other weekend required
Experience Required:
-
Epic EMR experience required
-
Ability to titrate pressors
-
Level 1 trauma experience preferred; required for nurses with no prior travel experience
Required Licensure / Certifications:
-
Active MA RN license
-
BLS (AHA) required
-
ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS preferred
Position Overview / Responsibilities:
-
Provide care on a Progressive Care unit with patient ratios ranging from 1:3–5
-
Float as needed to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units (floating in 4-hour blocks)

Rotate between 12-hour day and night shifts in 4-week blocks
-
Deliver high-acuity care including pressor titration and other advanced monitoring

Participate in high-volume, fast-paced care environments typical of a Level 1 trauma center
