Travel RN - Medical-Surgical (Telemetry)

Contract Length: 7 weeks

Shift:

• 12-hour night shifts
• Weekends and holidays expected

Start Date:

• January 12 only

Location:

• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (no local travelers accepted)

Guaranteed Hours:

• 72 hours biweekly (does not include on-call time)

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse license required
• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience
• Current ACLS (AHA) certification required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Ability to pass Telemetry Competency Exam (85% passing score, one attempt only, no retake)
• Pass ECG/Telemetry and Medications tests during onboarding (tests administered remotely via Zoom prior to assignment)
• Knowledge of Critical Paths
• Documented professional developmental activities
• Charge nurse experience preferred

Additional Information:

• Must be willing to float to like units and overflow areas
• Flu vaccination required during compliance
• Orientation occurs biweekly
• All return-to-office (RTO) requests must be submitted at time of application
