Description

Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Auburn, NY
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 36–40 hrs/week
On-Call: May be required

Unit Information

Critical Care Unit: 10 beds
RN:PT Ratio: 1:2
Charting Systems: Allscripts / Paragon / McKesson
Patient Population: Primarily adult ICU; pediatric cases rare
Equipment: 2 Servo vents, LTV ventilators, Vapotherm, V60 BiPAPs
Responsibilities: Vents, drips, management of arterial and central lines, codes

Requirements

Minimum 2 years ICU experience; charge experience preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
Must have prior travel experience
Willingness to float to Med/Surg units as needed
AHA NIHSS certification and 6 CEUs on stroke-related topics required prior to start
