Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Syracuse, NY
13-Week Contract | Days | 5x8s
Assignment Details:
• Location: Syracuse, NY
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
• Hours: 5x8s
• Weekend Requirement: One weekend per month
Experience Required:
• Acute Care
• Outpatient
Preferred Experience:
• Trauma
• ICU
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
• Active NY OT license or eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of OT experience
Responsibilities:
• Provide Occupational Therapy treatment as prescribed by a physician
• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment goals
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and required reports
• Participate in clinics, rounds, and interdisciplinary conferences
• Interact with patient families and support education needs
• Maintain equipment, treatment areas, and therapy supplies
• Participate in staff education when needed
