Job Opportunity: Radiologic Technologist (Pain Treatment Center)
Job Details
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (does not include on-call time)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Orientation: Weekly on Mondays (except holidays)
Required Qualifications
- Vocational or Technical training in Medical Radiography
- Licensed MA RadTech-Radiography
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
- Advanced technical computer skills relevant to the functional area and related systems
Experience & Skills
- Bone Density experience must be clearly noted in work history
- Proficient with C-arms and familiar with pain injections commonly performed in pain treatment centers
- Ability to assist pain doctors with fluoroscopic imaging of the spine and other joints
- Responsible for setting up and breaking down kits and medications used for injections
Additional Information
- Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers)
- Candidates who have worked for this health system in any capacity within the last 6 months are not eligible
- All return-to-office (RTO) requests must be presented at time of submission
- Parking may cost up to $43/day
