Description

Job Opportunity: Radiologic Technologist (Pain Treatment Center Support)

Job Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (start time may vary between 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, or 8:00 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (does not include on-call time)
Start Date: ASAP
Orientation: Weekly on Mondays (except holidays)

Job Description

Assist pain doctors with fluoroscopic imaging of the spine and other joints.
Perform OR, ER, and bedside imaging as required.
Set up and break down kits and medications used for pain injections.
Use and have good knowledge of C-arms and specific pain injection procedures commonly performed in pain treatment centers.

Required Qualifications

Vocational or Technical training in Medical Radiography.
Licensed MA RadTech-Radiography.
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
Advanced technical computer skills relevant to the functional area and related systems.

Additional Information

No local travelers accepted (must reside more than 50 miles from the facility).
Travelers who have worked for this health system in any capacity within the last 6 months are not eligible.
Parking may cost up to $43/day.
Interview required prior to acceptance.
All return-to-office (RTO) requests must be presented at time of submission.
